As a single tear falls down my face, I see multiple police men running towards the man from behind. But relief doesn't wash over me like you'd expect, instead I feel like I'm drowning. And as people swarm around me, as police tackle him with hand cuffs, I fall. And as I fall I see Mason, laying there in the corner with two policemen by his side. He stays still in a pool of blood, his face a gray I've never seen before. So I fall until I can't fall any more, until I can't remember.
