An average teenage boy Justin and his mother Claire escape an abusive father and heads to a big city for a new start. This is the perfect chance for Justin to finally live a life he wanted, a new start, new friends, and maybe even a person he could love for once. His mother, on the other hand, is just happy to be with her son and not have to worry when the next time they will get smacked around.
