Welcome to Captain's College, Real world Appilication of Superheroics.
CC is where heroes goes to learn the rules, where networking to find sidekicks occurs and students generally just learn how to be, well, a super hero.
Melisande (Mel, Lisa, or Andy, never Melisande) is trying to navigate CC, whilst making friends, trying to not die in citizen saving 101, and seeing if she can finally control her random shifts. Random shifts are so last season.
