'I'm the villain, maybe not in your story, but I certainly am in my own.' - Poppy Everheart has always found something poetic in watching the world go up in flames. She's the villain of her story, yet when she saves the life of a boy in a sherrif hat and his sister, everyone seems to think she's a hero. She's not, she knows this, but this boy seems set on making her believe otherwise. She can't figure out for the life of her why this boy who nicknamed her "Ginger" is so sure that she's a good person, she knows better than anyone else that she isn't. She's her own worse enemy, but Carl is dead set against believing she's not as bad as she makes herself out to be. She isn't sure if he's just stubborn or stupid, but she figures she'll have time to find out. (I own nothing besides Poppy, her family, and the majority of the plotline. All rights go to their rightful owners.)
