Your name is Karkat Vantas and you've obviously been trapped on this god damned meteor for far to long because you never bothered to notice the signs that this death rock was going to crash. Maybe if you didn't go soft you would've noticed and saved them all.... Maybe you would've been able to admit how you felt to him.... maybe.... Life would have turned out differently.
(Note: this is an AU where all of the trolls were alive when Rose and Dave came to the meteor. Inspired by "Romance is in the Air" by @Azadia_the_Rito (please check them out their works are incredible) I've decided to try my hand at making a fanfic with the endgame being my favorite pairing: Link x Revali. I know it may seem odd to spoil but I want people to know what they're getting into. (BTW this is my FIRST time writing one of these so please bear with me) This will not be a purely romance story but it will be a major part later on. I just really wanted to dive into this wonderful world with my own touch, so here's how I'm going to do it. To start Revali is my favorite character in Breath of the Wild and I think all the champions deserve more story and interaction with Link. This will be taking place after Calamity Ganon's defeat so be wary of spoilers. This will be a SLOW burn and when I mean slow I mean like halfway between a snail and a glacier. Not crazy slow but just enough to make it worth the payoff. I'll say that right now no matter what happens there will be a happy ending because I can't bring myself to write a sad one. Not that it won't get sad along the way, oh no I'm going to take hearts and mince them into a fine chopped stew of emotion. I promise however I will preface anything I feel worth warning about in the beginning of each chapter in authors notes. No matter what happens I just want y'all to know that as long as one person smiles, all the work is worth it to me. Hope you enjoy! :)Complete
