After transferring from South Academy to the Duel Academy at the request of her best friend, Narissa, Rachel Spiri can't say she's all that excited about the change. She's surrounded by people she doesn't know, and a celebrity walks the halls of the school--the infamous Jaden Yuki! What reason is there to be...excited?
That's where her long-time friend, Jesse Anderson, comes in. Switching from North Academy to the Duel Academy at the same time as Rachel, he's just a bit more excited than she is (that's an understatement)...and when she catches his eye, it's all rainbows and sweetness from there!
