Castiel is a curious young angel in the ranks of Heaven. He is honest and loyal and holds all of the virtues to be a fine warrior. There is one problem: he's obsessed with the humans. Castiel watches them, finding their ways intriguing.
After the gateway to Heaven is opened - a prophecy starting to unfold - a fight breaks out between several angels. In an attempt to stop his friend's impending fall, Castiel leaps to the rescue and ends up falling to Earth.
Wingless and confused, Castiel employs the help of Dean Winchester, a snarky young man attempting to juggle his brother's college funds and money for his own food. Dean and Castiel work together in an attempt to find a previously fallen angel, Samandriel and get both him and Castiel back to Heaven to stop the prophecy from being fulfilled.
As the two men work together, perhaps they will achieve more than just the accomplishment of the mission.
