Recently graduated and without a job, Manuel struggles to pay off his debt. One day his fortunes shift when his younger sister brings up a part time job offer. Upon visiting the site of the interview, he is invited by a weird girl to participate in a special test that is to be broadcast on live television. This test is the trial run of Heaven's Sword Online. The trial however comes with a clause, one is to remain in the virtual world for three days straight and survive the various challenges this magical virtual reality world contains.
