the clock had always been the scariest thing about my grandparents house. not only was it old and noisy, but sometimes, when the clock chimes, a member of the family dies. Briar Emerson had lived with the curse that came with the clock since birth. having lost her closest friends along the way, she was lonely. but when her old friends move to her school, she can't avoid them forever, she must protect Parker and Dylan from the chime of the clock, before it chimes again. but can she protect her friends while trying to protect herself, scarred by the memories of the previous deaths that had been placed in her mind?

Nicole: My life, well let's just say it's had a few challenges and definitely a few bumps in the love department, but my career is my life now. I'm not interested in love; I don't have time. I'm a successful attorney, from a successful family full of lawyers but I'm different from them. I'm the bad boy of law...uh bad girl of law and I'm ok with that and I'm ok being alone...or so I thought. Viper: I never date...ever. I sleep with a few but never commit to any. Sometimes I try to keep one around for a specific purpose...if you know what I mean but that's all I need. I'm the VP of one of the biggest and baddest motorcycle clubs around, I have my own successful business, take care of my family and I get my itch scratched when needed. What more do I need? It works for me...or so I thought.
