The complete finished story is now up from beginning to end, I hope you like it. Funny thing life, it doesn't go the way you plan. One minute I was jogging along with two healthy parents, the next, they were both diagnosed with cancer. To cap it all one lived in Spain with a potential gold digger while the other lived round the corner with a raging alcoholic. What happened next was the craziest eighteen months of my life during which strange and incredible things occurred almost on a daily basis. My story is not morose, just honest. It will make you laugh and it will make you cry. I poured my heart into this book. I hope you like it.

When my mum decided that sending me to Belfast with my Dad and his 'rents and shipping herself with step-dad Philip and my sister Kayla to Paris is the next great thing she had decided her whole life (believe me when I say she has none, well except for giving birth to me that is), I have never ever thought that she would be right, for once. Insert Simon Harries, ex-army captain with thyroid cancer extraordinaire. All throughout my stay in Belfast, he was the best thing that has happened to me... 'Yeah?' He grinned-that seemed to be his permanent expression. Not that I have something against it. I don't mind, really. It suits him and it's sexy. God, I'm being a creeper here. 'Yeah.' 'Yeah,' he said. 'Yeah.' I couldn't contain the giggle that escaped my lips. 'Yeah,' he breathed. 'Maybe yeah could be our always.'
