Alaric wakes up to chaos, runs away, and passes out. He wakes up to Isabella, the person who saved his life and she tells him, he's a vampire. He denies it and she even proves it to him with sunlight, which burns his eyes. Once it falls dark, he heads back to the place where he awoken and finds Freya, who admits to turning him into a vampire. She offers her blood, which he accepts to regain his memories back. But when Elena feels some sort of attraction for Dylan, she doesn't know what to think as she tries to figure out her feelings for between the Salvatore siblings as she knows she has to pick one but she doesn't want to lose one of them. While Dylan deals with her feelings for Elena, she tries everything she can to save her best friend, Alaric as he's turning into something dark that can kill an Original, but the gang just don't know which Original they're link to, they just hope it's not Klaus's. He comes to know a lot about her and starts to regret the plan because for the plan to succeeded he would have to kill Isabella. Vincent and Isabella have something that never should have happened will they be able to be together or will the laws of the packs and covens kill them in the process.
