My name is Lucille Cutter but I'm usually called Lucy. I am what is known as a lucid dreamer, lucid dreaming is where the person dreaming is aware they are dreaming and can exert some form of control over the dream.

In my dreams I can control some things but my dreams are different... They hurt me.

When I dream I can get hurt and when I wake up I feel the pain, there is no physical mark but I feel the immense pain. I've had tests done but no one knows why it happens only that it could kill me.

You maybe thinking that as long as I don't do anything dangerous I should be fine... Right?

It would if 'he' wasn't in my dreams stalking me...

Some might argue that it is our brains way of filing all the new information every night from the twelve hours spent prior to sleeping. Sleep would be something that if we didn't experience it every day, something incredibly terrifying. Our body shuts off, processing and storing, like a machine.
