"Will you be my hero?" She asked.
I couldn't help but notice the evil tone of her voice. Like I was a pawn of some elaborate plan. And trust me, I was done being a mere little pawn.
"No." I growled.
"Oh,Percy Jackson, if only you knew what was good for you. I have big plans...apparently to big for a mere demigod like you. You will regret your choice, son of the sea."
And with that, the great Perseus Jackson fell into a deep slumber.

What happens when Percy wakes up, only remembering one sentence:
" Oh my, dear Percy Jackson, it appears that you ARE a pawn, and you WILL be a part of my plan."
And he can't seem to figure out what it all means?

Will remembers his name, everything else outside of that? Well, he draws a blank. So, the last thing he wants to do is run headfirst into a dangerous maze. Of course, keeping his head down and hiding in the infirmary with his newfound abilities only works for so long, after all the Fates have other plans for him. Nico has been in the maze since it began-the hideous '1' burned into his arm announces it so-he knows how to survive its dangers alone. And he knows how to avoid Percy Jackson. Except the Labyrinth's latest newcomer has no intentions of letting him disappear so easily after their chance meeting, despite how adamantly Nico tries to push him away. Percy remembers the name of every camper they've lost to the Labyrinth. The weight of such knowledge has him slowly drowning in grief and loss and guilt as the years inside the clearing pass. Annabeth, despite their complicated relationship, keeps him afloat as they navigate holding the lives of many in their hands. The voice spoke "For years you wondered why. Why your supposed loving mother did this to you. To your little family." the voice continued. It seemed to echo all around her. "And now you know." - "Her ring, there's a button, it'll tell Leo she needs help-" A sharp wail echoed around the small stone room around them. "No, he's gone!" She sobbed. "He- he won't answer. I tried, I tried everything. I can't-" - "Persephone it's hurting you, stop using them." "No, they make me stronger." She turned her back to him, the burn in her eyes intensifying as she clawed more of that new feeling, the new power, into her. It seemed to run like lightning through her veins, and Percy watched as the scratches deepened. Her eyes were dark and empty, and Percy felt nothing but fear. - (Takes place during The Mark of Athena, book three of the Heroes of Olympus series) (As always, all characters belong to Rick Riordan, Persephone and her own plotline are purely my creation)

Hey, thanks for giving this book a chance! It's one of the most cliche books out there, so I'm actually kind of surprised that you found this one. This is a book filled with random headcannons, oneshots and other stuff about the characters in the Percy Jackson series, although it's 98% Percabeth. Please read and enjoy, but be warned; I ship Solangelo (a gay ship), and there's a little bit of swearing later on in the book. Sorry if that puts you off, but that's me!
