Ridgehelm

In the small village of Ridgehelm, the mayor's daughter, Delphine, or Della, is the kindest child in the village. And as she is a young girl from a wealthy influential family, she must be sent off to a top of the line school for girls in the biggest city in the entire province. Being only eight when she was sent to school, no one can foresee what she will look like when she returns.
Twelve years later when she returns, the entire village is in awe. Her once light blonde hair is now golden blonde, and her eyes a now brighter blue. To her father's dismay, she comes back with a want to help the people of warring villages in other provinces and refuses to be a proper wealthy girl. She asks permission from her father, and he regretfully allowed for her to travel to these far off lands. This is on one condition, however. And that condition is that she not go it alone.
So she rounds up a small group of adventurers willing to go with her.
Her childhood friend, Erasmus; her personal guard, Rei; her school friend, Ruth; and Rei's cousin, Wendy.
Together, they embark on a journey of love, intrigue, friendship, and seeking happiness. And the five must evade an evil looming in their future, known as Queen Priscilla, queen of the entire Haddium Province, which happens to be the province Delphine resides in.
