The heart monitor flat lined. The hospital room went silent except for the constant ringing. Nurses rushed in and Isaac gripped the other boy's hand.
"Please don't leave me like this..."
He whispered. He was clearly in a state of shock and tears began to trickle down his face.
"Please I can't lose you too... I've lost everything else..."
Panicked nurses began escorting Isaac out of the room. He struggled as his tears fell and his heart began to race.
"YOU CAN'T DO THIS! LET ME SEE HIM! LET ME SEE JASON!"

Once he was certain everything was set he walked to the bridge, seeing Douglas switching controls and and smiling to him over his shoulder. "Ready to live in space?"
