Hate and crime have become a recurring instance the last couple years, and only the strongest they say are the ones that have survived. An annual blackout is put into place in the worn out city of Buffalo, but the catch? Nobody knows when it's going to happen. No lights, no open stores, just The Offenders patrolling the streets for one whole week, testing the people around. The smart ones will always be prepared for when it does happen. They will have their guns and self defense all polished, and make sure to not trust anyone. Anybody could be an Offender. 

For Willah, she doesn't even know how she survived all 18 years of her life. She was always the weakest in her self defense classes and could never aim her gun straight. Now after her parents died, she has no choice but to make sure she lives through the rest of the horror thrown her way. Even if this year's blackout is the worst one yet, she is determined to live through it once again.All Rights Reserved

The two are in for quite an adventure considering their terrible pasts. The two girls escape many things including; slutty girls, caffeinated drinks, new love and rival packs. The two also end up finding something about themselves that no one thought was possible.
