Basically an alternate universe where klance and Shidge happen, also lance, pidge and hunk are altean and shiro and keith are galra, please don't judge me ;-; this is also an AU so if it's not accurate to voltron just remember it's an AU. one last thing pidge is aged up a bit, she is around the same age as Lance, Hunk, and Keith...I suck at descriptions so I'll try my best.

When the Galra attack the planet altea the king, Alfor, takes his daughter, Allura, and her son, Lance, and Lance's friends, Pidge and Hunk, and also the advisor Coran to the planet Arus, in hopes to escape the attack and come up with a plan. But they were later found and it was too late. In the kings last effort to protect his family he put Allura and Coran in a deep sleep and they were kept in the healing pods. The children on the other hand, the Galra had no clue of there existence, he used a spell (thing) to change their appearance to resemble people on Earth and erased their memories, afterwards sending them to earth on and escape pod (thing). But the pod was followed...

The Dark Crystal
In a world, a long, long time ago, lived a crystal. The lands flourished and bloomed until the crystal cracked, the shard lost to time. There came two races with the crystal cracked, the Skeksis and the Mystics. With both races dying, only one could save them. His name was Keith, the last known living Gelfling. He was the chosen one. And he has no clue. NOTE: This takes place in the Dark Crystal universe but still has my own twists to it. I'm basing this story solely off the movie and my own imagination. A few tidbits of knowledge that would make this story make a lil more since are: -This one-shot is only based off the movie, not the comics nor the upcoming (as of 2019) show. -All of the species named here (Gelfling, Skeksis, Mystics, Podlings) are all more humanoid than what is canon in the Dark Crystal movie but you can still image them as you wish. -The Skeksis are the Galra. (The Mystics AREN'T the Alteans though.) Image the Skeksis as more Galra-like or more Skeksis-like, do what fits your imagination. When the Stars Aligned
After the war ended and peace was brought to all the universe. It had been years since the end of a war filled past and now it was time for everyone to finally move on all except for one paladin who still clung to his past. Lance had been spreading the legacy Allura left behind when she passed and never had a day passed where he didn't miss her, but a dream reveals he needs to move on and live his life. Unsure of what to do he remembers when a certain moody mullet head confessed his love the same night he confessed his love for Allura. Determined to see whether those sparks still glimmered for him he decides to speak with Keith about a past left untouched. When the anniversary of Allura's passing came around he decided that was the best time to reconnect but who would've thought that the stars refused to align when Keith was found injured and unconscious with a beautiful stranger by his side. Will Lance ever find out if Keith still fancies him like before? Why was Keith injured and who is this stranger who won't leave his side? (I know this fandom is long gone but I rewatched Voltron several weeks ago before they removed it off Netflix. I forgot how much I loved it and how we were deprived of Keith and Lance ever being together so I decided to create this story. "S-Stay, p-please," Keith mumbled, hiding his face in his pillow. Lance nodded climbing beside the small boy. Keith turned to face him, his face flushed as he looked at Lance, "T-Thanks." "For what?" Lance whispered, his breath close enough for Keith to touch. "B-Being by my side," Keith moved closer to Lance, closing the small distance between them, "I-I thought y-you'd all hate me." "Why would you think that?" "Ha," Keith let out a bitter laugh, "I'm half Galra. I share half of my DNA with a race who has killed countless civilizations, not to mention they kidnapped Shiro and Katie's family, and they-" "Exactly, "they". You didn't help them do any of that, right?" Lance touched Keith's forehead with his own, drinking in the feel of his soft skin. "N-No but-" "No "buts", you didn't choose to be born part Galra, and you have more than proved you're a paladin." "Allura and Coran hate me," Keith mumbled, trying to find some way to prove that they did indeed hate him. "No they don't, just give them some time to adjust," Keith turned around, pulling Lance's arm around him, "They have to get used to you. None of us hate you, not the smallest bit." Lance waited for Keith to argue but the boy had already fallen asleep. Lance hugged the boy tighter as he copied his steady breaths. "I could never hate you." ------------------------------------------------- Keith gets kidnapped during a simple mission of the paladins. He's tortured and abused for three days, leaving him a damaged mess. The paladins finally find him and bring him home, but Keith is acting strange, stranger than usual. I obviously don't own Voltron. Earth is saved from the Galra, and the Paladins of Voltron are the heroes of the Galaxy Garrison, well all except for Keith. He'd been kicked out before the war, and they didn't want him back. He's alone again. Lance, Pidge, and Hunk are employed by the Garrison, Shiro leads missions off world, Allura and Coran are establishing a new world for the Alteans who'd survived, and the Blade don't need him. Keith works in a coffee shop and gets by the best he can, on the little money he earns. This story is loosely based on the paladins of Voltron. I have not watched all the seasons and have changed the backstory of some characters. I do not own any of the characters in this story, and I do not own any of the artwork. There is smut, swearing, talk of rape, and self-harm in the story. I will not be putting disclaimers at the beginning of the chapters, so if you don't want to read it, move on to another story.
