Over the years, there has been a lot of rumpus about the Bermuda Triangle and the vessels and aircraft that went missing there. Most of us, while curious, dismiss the claims about the Triangle as an exaggeration. I, however, marvel at the story ideas the region holds and couldn’t help but attempt to entertain you while your curiosity is still aflame.

The Forbidden Sea, on the other hand, tells the familiar story of love and betrayal – only this time the tale is spangled with gunpowder, magic, and a sea goddess that feeds princes to her waters.

1 part Ongoing Mature
Cordelia, a mermaid with long blue hair and a shimmering blue tail, has been living in the depth of the ocean for her life, secluded even from the aquatic beings by the woman she lives with, her so-called aunt, considering her wicked intentions and selfishness as love and affection for herself. Cordelia longed to experience the world above, walking among the humans with a pair of "long legs", since she got a glimpse of land, forgetting the number of slaps she received for that glimpse which didn't even last a minute. Despite several warnings, she finally slipped away onto land, drawn by the desire for a taste of humanity. But the life she craved turns out to be far more dangerous than she imagined. As Cordelia navigates this new world, she forms close friendships, with some humans.. or not exactly humans, and together they stumble into a web of secrets, danger, and a mind-bending puzzle that traps them all. Things get even messier when she's caught between the obsessive love of a powerful demon, who seem to know more about her past than she does, and the deep affection of her college friend with a troubled history of his own. The more she learns, the more truth begins to unravel- a truth that leads her to question everything she thought she knew. She soon begins to sense that her arrival in the human world was no accident. Her desire to leave the ocean wasn't born from curiosity alone- it was a plan set in motion long before she ever knew the cost of stepping onto land. Someone, or something, has been manipulating her fate. The question is: Who is behind this plot, and why? The answers remain just out of reach, hidden in the shadows of her new life, as she begins to unravel the tangled web that brought her to this world. In a world of secrets and illusions, Cordelia must decide who to trust, who to love, and whether she is truly free, or just a pawn in a game much larger than she ever imagined.

[COMPLETE] This is a story about a young girl who joins her pirate grandmother aboard her ship, The Blue Lady. Janna Naess has grown up idolizing her Gran, Signy, and her crew of pirates. But danger waits for them on the sea, and off the sea tensions between different types of magic users grow higher. Janna knows one thing though, even if her Gran doesn't think so: the goddess of the sea, Ran, is watching out for them. Short(ish) story in three parts. Maybe one day I'll expand on it.
