In the ancient days of Ireland, amid Druidic rituals, battling clans, and an evil king, two women discover inner-strength in a world fraught with danger. *The shoes shown on the cover are those worn by a well-preserved corpse which lay in the depths of a bog since ancient times. They look like those celtic people might have worn in Fianna's time.*

The Coming of Finn by phfinn
13 parts Complete
Finn's father, Cumhal of Clan Baiscne, is assassinated on the night of his birth. Cumhal was lord captain of the famed Fianna of Erin, a much feared, mounted knighthood of woodsmen warriors who risked their lives to protect their island country's many miles of rugged coastline from marauders and invaders. The Captaincy of the Fianna is a blood right heritage passing from father to son and a position of enormous power in Erin, indeed, second only to the High King himself. Young Finn grows up continually hunted by his father's enemies, who seek his death to steal that heritage. He must find a way to overcome enormous trials, both mortal and immortal if ever he hopes to regain his father's ancestral seat. Will Finn unlock the mysterious secret of the famed Salmon of Knowledge and defeat the hundred-year-deceased spirit of a legendary sage of history who challenges him to a magical game of chess? Will he be able to solve the riddle of the Hag at the Well of Healing Waters? Most frightening of all, how will Finn overcome Aillean of the Flaming Breath, a creature spawned in the dark of the underworld that visits great evil upon the Land of Erin, claiming the lives of any who confront it? Only by victory over these and many other labors will young Finn grow to become the greatest of ancient Ireland's heroes, assuming at last the leadership to guide his countrymen in their noble quest for freedom. His tale is full of the whimsy of Faery, the guiding influences of the gods, and the deepest questions of honor, the code of manhood, courage and integrity.

Wrote this at 15, First novel, don't judge. [Warning: this book contains explicit content, crude language, drug use & abusive scenarios.] He tried everything to forget her. But no matter how hard he fought, the memories wouldn't fade. She wasn't some dream girl, she was the one who taunted him on the playground. The blonde shattered his heart like glass on concrete. But picking up the pieces? That's the part he never saw coming. Ace Valentino doesn't do what people expect-he's the guy who walks on the wild side. A brooding bad boy with a dark side fueled by brokenness, addiction, and bad decisions. His heart is still held hostage by his cold, adrenaline-obsessed ex. Moving on? That's a joke. So, he drowns the pain with alcohol and anything that numbs him. But Ace has secrets, ones he vowed to bury forever. Then, his new neighbor moves in and suddenly, something inside him stirs-something he's not ready for, and everything he's terrified of. Willow Andrews, sweet yet scarred, knows nothing but loneliness. Her guardian's abuse has built walls around her heart. Love is a stranger to her, and she's afraid of what she doesn't understand. But something about Ace, the tortured soul next door, draws her in-despite the fear. In a world where love is something they can't quite reach, Ace and Willow collide. It's not about romance, but healing. Can they save each other, or will their pasts break them before they have a chance? The line between magic and misery is thinner than they think-and the change they both desperately need might just be the thing that destroys them, or sets them free.

Mother of the Glen

73 parts Complete

Book Two of the Daughter of the Stagmother In the heart of the ancient wilds, Elira Faelyndra and Coren Lanfae have found a fragile peace-nestled within a growing sanctuary, their love rooted like the trees around them. What began as a humble cottage now blooms into something greater: a haven for spirits, beasts, and those who still believe in balance. Elira, no longer just the girl of Hollow Glen, begins to step into her true name-protector, healer, mother. But as new life stirs beneath the canopy, so too does an old hunger. A creeping darkness-older than memory and deeper than Rot-awakens in the forgotten edges of the forest. Whispers of vanished glades and corrupted spirits reach the edge of their sanctuary, and the glen's soil trembles with secrets long buried. To protect all she loves, Elira must confront what it means to be not only a daughter of the Stagmother-but a mother of the wilds herself. And some roots, once unearthed, cannot be laid to rest again.
