It is an unknown year, in an alternate world. This world is ruled by monsters, which are basically an enlargement of the animals you see in your world today.
Chameleons the size of yachts, lions the size of buses, elephants the size of three story buildings... Yet humans remain small.
Which is why it is hard for us humans to survive like this. Luckily, I have Garrus as my companion. He's a wolf which I've managed to befriend.
