Onyx looks up from the piece of paper and says,"My father has heard rumors of the supernatural being taken. A few from our pack, a witch we have been allies with for awhile and now, her parents."
"What's do you think is happening?"
"The beginning of a war."

Altan Velence doesn't believe in fairy tales. Or so he thought. Altan keeps to himself in life, not many friends, no social life, and no girl. Reading and drawing is what he does on a daily basis. Altan's life was going great until he sees a girl at the mall, staring intently at him. He payed no attention to it until he stared having continuous dreams about this girl. Soon after, Altan notices small marks appearing all over his body. He meets the girl and get close, figuring out who she really is. More like, what she really is. With that, comes a war that no human will ever see.

Without thinking, he reached and grasped her arm, gently. He tugged her towards him, demanding her attention back on him. She gasped as she was now facing him, his touch sending shock waves through her. And once again without fail, his body acted on its own volition. He'd never felt the need to obliterate Sylvester until now. Demi glanced down to see her blood on his thumb, she hummed before licking it off him. His eyes were zeroed in on her pink little tongue. "Pretty," escaped his lips. Demi shut her eyes tightly, the announcement going. straight to her head. Get it together. Onyx fell silent as his thoughts spun out of control. "If that's all you can leave now," she still frowned. He bared his teeth in frustration, "You piss me off." For the first time she looked angry. She finds herself entangled with vampyres and lycans when her boyfriend turns out to be a vampyre and her parentage isn't as average as she thought. She didn't realize the significance of her name wasn't just because of the color of her eyes, but a plan set out by her father to involve her in the war- the war that will change the world if Romulus and Lilith get their way and the existence of their kind is exposed to the humans. This is a dark vampire/lycan/witch romance + action novel (with some magic, some sex, and a lot of blood and gore) that I started writing ten years ago when I was in high school. It started as a darker version of Twilight, but I was influenced strongly by Underworld, Teen Wolf, Bitten, Vampire Diaries, and The Secret Circle. As the first of likely three novels, this is complete (but I will probably edit a hundred more times lol) and I am currently working on the second one! The Photo I used for the cover was taken by Fogbreath in 2007. I was unable to find the photographer to ask if I could use the photo, but at least it had their name on it and I can give them credit.Complete

Makenna is a loner. She's is usually mistaken as a goth girl since she has thick dark hair, but actually, she's pretty normal--aside from working at her Uncle Jonas dinner and have no friends. But Shawn doesn't want a mate and he plans to stay away from her and make her hate him as long as he can. But he can't help himself whenever he near her. He wants to touch her or talk to her always and his becomes so possesive. And he also another problem. The Alpha of Indiana, Dylan Blackwood, wants him to join. His brother Travis is in the pack, but Shawn doesn't like to be told what to do since he's very hot-head.
