    Seventeen-year old Penny was an ordinary high school girl. She was shy but sassy, and had a borderline unhealthy obsession with the Korean boyband BTS. Most girls shared her love for Jimin's abs, but there was something different about their school, something that snagged their attention just like that. 
    Brendan, infamously known as the Beast due to his cold stare and his apparent inability to smile, was without a doubt the hottest guy at school. However, he refused to give anyone the time of day, save for his best friend, Hans. 
    The high school girls began a game: to see which of them could melt the Beast's cold heart. To make him fall in love with them. Every girl wanted to play the game, except one. 
    Penny was content with her current life, more than happy to let the other girls continue their silly game, until she had the misfortune to bump into a boy in the corridor one morning. A boy none other than the Beast. 
    As the number of encounters between Penny and the Beast grow, she comes to realise that there is more to him than she ever knew.
