The body of the girl's mother fell dead on the floor. Blood poured out of the open knife wound in the side of her neck. The red stained knife clattered to the floor next to her. A demonic grin spread across her face, eyes as wide as the buttons on her blood stained pink jumper. Light giggles escaped her mouth before a sadistic scream of laughter. She left her mother to bleed out as she walked down the hallway. She ripped shreds of the rancid, lime green wallpaper away. They fluttered to the floor.
