Hillary has been blessed with being able to travel around the world and visit so many different places and meet so many people. But it is not the life she wants. She can't stand her family and she wants to live her own life as an adventurer; a girl guiding her own ship, a compass shaped into the palm of her hand.
"My love would have to be a beached adventurer - one that didn't have a passport, nonetheless, a ship or a compass to explore with. Most of all, he would have to look at me and see a regular girl living in a fucked up world; one not anchored down by her family or the money stitched into the seams of her clothes. He would have to see a girl with a heart, that gets high off of the fact that she might finally find her Neverland; every adventurers' and sea captain's dream home."

In which a boy who thinks he controls everything meets the girl who actually does. --- Peter Pan is king of Neverland, a mystical island of his own creation. His Lost Boys serve as his troops and have been his only company for the last millennium. Until his shadow brought a girl to Neverland, by the name of Wendy Darling. But she's not the one this story's about. Why? It's simple. Because she's dead. She broke Peter's heart, so he killed her. Only he and the Lost Boys know what happened the night Wendy disappeared, and Peter means to take the secret to his grave, assuming he ever dies, of course. If the Lost Boys know what's good for them, they will too. None of the other creatures on the island have any idea of what became of the one girl who had ever set foot on Neverland. However, what at first seems to be a siren with a know-it-all attitude threatens to change all that. She knows exactly why Peter's heart is shattered. But what she wants to do with that information is, for the very first time, is absolutely unclear to Peter. That doesn't sit well with the Ruler of Neverland. And whatever doesn't sit well with Peter, he either figures it out or kills it. Ocean Goldreich is the sister I never had. Or at least, her brothers put that thing in my mind. I tried my best to look at her as my very own sister and it worked... for at least these whole year, until I met her again in Finland and somehow she looked even more perfect than I remember. And finally after all these years I gave in to my lust toward her. We crossed the lines with the promise that we will be back as brother and sister again afterward. Can I do that? The answer is bullshit. How can I look at her as my sister when all I can remember from her is our nights together. Sirena may look like a normal girl, but she is far from it. Not only is she a mermaid, but she is also a lot older than she looks. She has lived on Neverland for longer than she cares to remember. She lives in solidarity, trying to avoid the annoying teenaged boys on the island and people in general. Trying to avoid her fate that looms closer each day. She had it pretty good - until a ship appeared on Neverland's shores and gave her hope to escape the inevitable. Freedom was so close! But then an unexpected pirate ruined everything. Or so she thought. AN: I do not own any characters from Once Upon a Time and some elements for the mermaids were taken from H2O: Just Add Water. An unwanted marriage, Hook's newest dastardly plans for revenge, an evil released upon the island, blossoming feelings, and a past threatening to be remembered. Together, these things will make Pan rethink the morals engrained into his entire existence. When Sir got drunk, Liz stayed in her room and struggled to be quiet so she didn't draw attention to herself. She began using her imagination at a young age to self soothe. Liz had a full family, who were loving and supporting in her imaginary world. As she got older, her imaginary world changed. Gone were the fantastical beasts from her childhood, sand replaced with her imaginary perfect family, perfect boyfriend, perfect everything. When things got tough, Liz escaped reality.
