Mystery
On the hottest day of August, Ralph Romaniro, star hitter for the Houston Astros, was murdered live on national television. Sports broadcasters gasped as the pitch hit the batter in the head and he fell to the ground. The EMTs rushed out to check the victim, thinking it was just a concusion, and when they picked him up, they found a bullet wound in the back of his head. The pressure is on Atlanta, Georgia's police department to catch the public enemy #1 who murdered baseball's golden boy. Will detectives Alvarez and Mercer be able to catch the killer(s?) before they get away for good? ---- This is my first story I've posted on Wattpad and I'd love to hear what you think about it! Feel free to comment or DM me with your constructive criticism. If anyone would like to make a better cover for this story, please go ahead. I have no artisitic talent and welcome new ideas!
