Marlina vlucht weg uit haar oude dorp als ze ontdekt dat ze magie heeft. Na een lange reis komt ze terecht in Camelot, en gaat daar werken als dienstmeid. Maar ook daar is ze niet veilig. Uther heeft magie verboden en laat iedereen executeren als ze er ook maar iets mee te maken hebben. En zijn zoon, Arthur, helpt hem, ook al kan Marlina zien dat hij het niet altijd eens is met zijn vader. En wat is er met die bediende van Arthur, Merlin? Kent hij haar geheim?
Kortom, een spannende fanfic gebaseerd op BBC's Merlin.
Ik heb dit geschreven toen ik net 15/16 was. Dit is niet zoals mijn schrijfstijl nu is. Ik laat het staan om te zien waar ik ben begonnen.

I got the inspiration for this story from a similar oneshot on Fanfiction.net by Aeon The Dimensional Girl if the user wishes for me to take this one down I will, however I will point out that I expanded on the concept and definitely made it my own. Originally gonna be a one shot, but ended up being too long for a one shot. Merlin returns to Camelot after Arthur dies and gets banished by Gwen. He goes to sit by the lake of Avalon to wait for Arthur. Eventually Arthur returns. Merlin is not immortal in this version, however he is still extremely powerful. This is about their life together.
