Never Forgiven

Eleven years ago, the leader of the Mafia and his family, were killed by the U.S. Government. At least thats what everyone thought. Twin sisters Elizabeth and Alyssa Blackwood have been living with the military since they were four. Ever since they arrived at the military base all they had done is study and train.
Now at age fifteen they could take down the strongest armed guards in less than a minute. They weren't afraid to kill, but they only worked with each other. They were always isolated; the only company they had ever known was each other and the one in charge of them, Commander Raven.
Commander Raven cares deeply for the girls but she knows they have to be around people there own age, but the only way she could get the military to part with there most promising team is if they become part of an experiment.
Little did they know, this experiment was going to go straight downhill, and fast. So the question is, what happens when you put two deadly sisters with anger issues in a place with loads of victims?
