In a world filled with superhumans, the powerless charlie cycle struggles to keep his life together. It only gets worse when on his way home hes pulled into a choke hold and shot. But instead of dying, his life was saved by the sentient living slime who holds a few.... secrets. When charlie finds out about said gooper, The slime gives the excuse that, they cant leave Charlie's body yet, since, he still isnt fully healed from the bullet wound. Being to tired to argue, he puts up with the slime for the next few months. In which time, the slime was able to convince him to go out for one night as a vigilante, just to try it :) unfortunately, that one night led to a run in with the most dangerous villains in the city, the syndicate. Causing him to get roped into the syndicates plan to take over the government. Although things only get worse when he finds out the syndicates number one target, is his childhood best friend jschlatt, who charlie lost contact with once he got into the presidency. It’s funny how little things that happen in life can change everything about a person. How it changes their attitude, appearance, status in society, personality, and much more. I was your typical teenager, I hung out with all kinds of people, I loved making new friends, I didn't care about appearances or which group you were from. Then I started high school and everyone started changing, the cliques got worse and some of my friends had become too good for the rest of us. Life went on though no matter what there was a group of us that refused to let the politics of high school change us, but no matter what slowly each one of us fell into it all whether we realized it or not. Our group went from tons of people to a mere few. All that was left was those who didn't play in any sports, wasn't a genius, wasn't asked to join the more popular crowd, and who had no school spirit. You really found out who your true friends were through the transition of grade school to high school. I still got along with everyone although I only would hang out with my small group. Even we had let the politics of high school change us whether we realized it or not. We each had changed our outlook on life and our attitudes a little here and there but that could have just been considered as us growing up as well. I like to think that we were shaped by the harshness high school brought with it. Our group went through major changes our senior year not that we had expected it to happen or even wanted it to happen but it did changing our lives forever. It all started when two new guys were introduced to our school taking all of us for one hell of a ride.

I lived in the same pack my whole life. I went off to college, 4 states away three months before I turned 18 and I wasn't required to come back and find my mate. I was so relieved that most of my old classmates don't remember me, not that most of them were Werewolves anyways. There was only about 5 wolves in my class. When I'm back, I somehow find my mate, Greyson Titan and I had just looked up into his eyes as he took his coffee because he had cast a large shadow over my face. I knew about Greyson. The pack says that he is only back for his little brothers wedding then going to be an enforcer again. But staying or going doesn't matter when I pass out for 7 days straight after being given 'vampire' blood. I was a mystery to Greyson, he didn't even remember me from school. I am not scared of him. Most of what is happening to us. I remember that he was the loved football slash baseball slash hockey slash basketball slash track star everyone depended on and of course loved, but he isn't like that anymore. I can tell. He is harder, more like the perfect soldier and he was... the perfect enforcer. I was the shy girl in the back of the class that made sure she didn't get picked on because of her family. And college changed me, but not only did I change then, it looks like I am changing again, and this time more than just my personality. I don't know how long until something goes really wrong, but I know little bad things will end up creating a huge mess. I'm going to be in the center of it all. Hopefully Greyson will save me.
