The town of Columbus was like a hidden treasure, not many people knew of it's existence. It was small enough to walk from one side of town to the other under an hour. The largest building in Columbus, besides some of the houses, was Columbus High School.
Columbus High School was holding a lock in like no other. They would hand out paint guns to the students and hide ammo in certain areas.
Juniper Miller was the good girl of Columbus High. No one really bothered to get to know her, so they didn't she was a great shot. She didn't know either until she shot the paint gun. Maybe she can win along with the help of her principals fourteen year old daughter.
That was until she got the attention of Alec Hamilton, the school's bad boy was was rumored to be a gang leader. How could she beat that?

While we sat at our table eating lunch. A few of the queen bee's minions crossed by, sending death glares towards us which is getting old by now. Aubrey had been staring at a certain table for a long time. The table belonged to the nerds. But not any nerd. She was staring at Nathan Lockwood. I wondered why she would stare at him, and got an idea. "A Bet." She and I said in sync. I wondered if we had the same thought as usual. She watched me wonder. "The one who gets the good boy to fall in love wins," I said. "The one who gets Nathan Lockwood to fall in love wins," She said, clarifying my words with a smile. We sat staring at each other, thinking about how to make this bet interesting. "The loser pays for our first-semester apartment rent at college," She said and now she caught my attention. Something about this bet seemed too easy. That's why I agreed to it. "Deal". -- What happens when you bump into a familiar stranger, but can't place where you have seen them. He moved towards me, trapping me against the car door as his lips traced over my jaw, down to my neck. "This," he whispered, his thumb tracing the waistband of my jeans, making my breathing falter. "Allowing myself to feel this happiness, to feel you...this is me forgiving myself." He kissed me, calming the raging storm in me and igniting a new one. I wasn't sure which would cause more destruction, but I knew only one had pretty blue eyes and a effortless smile that could convince me it was all worth it. It probably was.Complete

I'm probably going to regret this later. I thought to myself as I took a deep breath before nodding and without a second thought, he continued pulling me away. *** Cat was your average girl; she maintained good grades, loved friends, and wanted to become a famous dancer, but her life changes when she literally runs into the biggest bad boy in her school: River Parker. Hi, I'm Eliza. Looking back I probably should have left him alone. We went to school together all our lives, but I doubt he knew who I was. First red flag. Of course I knew him. My sight is a blur from crying and the only thing I see is red. I'm starting to feel sick from all the screaming and the desperate voices for help. It's hard to avoid this person, but it's harder to convince him that he needs help. Harry is obsessed with the only girl in his school that treats him well. Joanna's world will change dramatically when Harry will become rude and violent.
