Kai came back from a solo mission to kill the Xania's leader. Xania's were known as the worst enemy anyone could have. They would kill anyone, whether friends or family. They are merciless. Kai was found unconscious and was brought back to the bounty. That was when things started to go not so well...

Cole and Jay's fairytale romance
(After the events of season 13 and I repeat not a bruise ship they are just both really good friends) The ninja decided they wanted to explore Ninjago a bit before returning home. During their travels they come across a island that was something out of a fairytale. Cole likes it because maybe that means he can finally find a way to get Kai to be his boyfriend. Princess Vania had given him flirting advice, but none of it seemed to work. Cole knew Kai was bi and just really hoped he could find a way to get Kai to feel the same way he did. It's a wonderful day in Jamanakai city. Kai's plans for the day are to deliver a sword, get the loaded payment, buy necessities and potatoes to bake, go home, and take a rest. The last two have scratched off however, and it's all courtesy to this guy he comes across too; he's really tall, busting with muscles, owns a pretty pair of big eyes with green irises, and wears a damn charming smile. Everything goes upside down after that. Suddenly, before the gods could spare a blink, Kai is aboard a pirate ship with people he least expected to be with. Kai makes terrible plans, but this trip has got to be the worst yet as he literally fights for his life against one or two fellow mythical creatures. He's also fighting for his troubling heart, as the same guy who ruined his life never fails to skyrocket his heart rate through the sky, and churn his stomach like a towel being twisted into a rope. The first day they met was already stressful, let alone the following ones.
