This Arc revolves around the year 1888 - The Victorian Era. In a familiarly dark alleyway as stated in many history books, an unnamed murderer commits one of the most atrocious, most ghastly crimes. The world isn't very gracious here, as Alfred and Arthur witness something they weren't supposed to see, and decide to find refuge in a theater arts institute where they agree to keep themselves disguised for as long as they could, all the while investigating. Their plan was simple and clear;  hide, stay safe, find another portal to leap into, return home, and unravel the real identity of Britain's most mysterious serial killer.
