Stella Brennan's sister Grace is sick. With stage 4 neuroblastoma, Grace is as good as dead. But on the same day of Grace's high-risk, last resort surgery to remove the tumor, Stella's best friend Calvin proposes another solution. An ancient Elixir only found in pre-volcanic explosion Pompeii. Now Stella and Calvin must travel back in time to retrieve the fabled cure-all elixir before it's too late for Grace. With the impending explosion of Mount Vesuvius over their heads, Calvin and Stella may not make it back to Grace in one piece.
