Aubree is a teenage girl from America (originally from mullingar ireland but you'll find that out in the book), who self harms. Always bullied, was abused since she was very young by her alcoholic father, who left when she was young. Then she was being abused by her boyfriend. Anyways she moves to London, and goes to high school there. She gets bullied even more once she gets there, her friend turns on her, her new bestfriend is never there. What happens when she meets a beautiful blue eyed blonde Irish boy, who she was bestfriends with since birth, but got into an accident and forgot about him and her Irish/British accent and heritage?
