And also, Mabel is quite famous at 'G.F.H' or Gravity Falls High. Dipper is handsome and some of the girls are attracted to him, but the thing is, he doesnt like anyone and he will never change that. 
Then there is Bill Cipher, the handsome, rich, smart, sporty and popular guy. He can sing, damn he can dance! And he has taken a liking on Dipper. But, he patiently waited and took his time to talk to Dipper if it was a good time.
