A straight line of light appears in the sky. Like a crack in the universe, but it begins to get noticeably bigger, wider, as the weeks go on. What is it? A curious man, named Hank Fletcher, and his robot friend, an Autonomous Operating Robot (AOR) who Hank named, Dot, set out across a a decaying west to discover more about the 'Sky-Line' and what it may bring.
