Madison Strickland is a senior at James Madison High School in Fairfax County, Virginia, and is stuck in a world where soulmates are assigned to you from the moment you are born. Each person has a clock located on their left wrist, and counts down to the very moment two soulmates will meet. Only after they meet, will their clocks disappear.
