The Ghost Rider was a demon of vengeance, a bounty hunter with no remorse for his or her's victims. Once you were in the line of sight of a Ghost Rider, you were as good as gone.

Mephistopheles had traded his current Ghost Rider for a small rein of terror in a random world. His Ghost Rider had been sent off to the Shinigami of two worlds for the terror of the second world.

The first was to be supervised through the Ghost Rider by the Shinigami.
