It wasn't easy seeing her smile everyday behind the counter attending happily the people who come to get their morning coffee. She had the same smile everyday... the most perfect one, and the most beautiful eyes any girl could ever have. She always wore these red converse which went perfectly with the garnet color a side of the wall and the smooth cream color on the other.

Before I went to school I was sure to come for a coffee, just to see her smiling and serving other customers with the brightest laugh.

I call her the coffee shop girl. . .

I fell for a boy with the kindest blue eyes, and a charming dimple. He made me feel loved, and cared for, and most importantly he made me feel safe in his presence. He came right in the middle of a tornadoe and managed to turn it into blue skies. He changed my perspective and gave me hope and strength." I looked at him, and he was smiling, and his eyes were a little glossy. He took my hand and kissed it, a small tear caught in the corner of his beautiful eyes. "I thought, hey, maybe life isn't so bad after all. Maybe I can finally allow myself to love and be loved, and to live life normally. When we went to your party, you told me to wait for you. But then your perverted cousin made me feel super uncomfortable, so I went looking for you, just to be able to feel at peace again. And that's when I saw it." My heart beats skyrocketed, because this was the moment everything changed forever. "Saw what?" Asked Axel. I took a deep breath, and continued. It's now or never. ✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨ Sophia Grace is a 25 year old Forensic Science major who recently started working as a cashier at her local grocery store - "The Corner Store". "You. Have. A. Crush?" one of my best friends looked at me like I was some kind of an alien from outer space. The shock on her face made me regret telling this to her. I then gave her a sheepish smile but honestly, I despised that look on her face or on anybody's face. Hey! I'm a person too. Am I not allowed to have a crush?! "Oh shut up and let her finish!" I silently thanked my other best friend seated next to me. "What?! I thought she didn't have a heart and now look!" Willow replied blatantly. I gave her a look. "Soooo, what's his name?" She leaned forward. I could feel my cheeks heating up as I played with my fingers. "Okay come closer. I'm only going to whisper his name once." With that, the four of us leaned in together and once we did, I whispered his name as softly as possible. Once we pulled back, there was only silence in our group. I quickly looked down to avoid all the stares. Seconds later, Noah was the first to speak. "Alright. I mean I don't know him so I can't judge. He seems decent," he shrugged and smiled at me. "Noah's right. He's cute and he's got manners." Cora added. I sighed and then we all turned to Willow. She was too quiet. Ooops spoke to soon. "WHY HIM?! Of all people?!"
