It's the year 2980 where robots and cyborgs make up 79% of the world population. Most of them are created by leading countries like the U.S., but a new country has joined the game.
Korea's NKCU (National Korean Cyborg University) has began a plan of turning humans into cyborgs and creating robots in order to do whatever they want. Created by Doctor Jung and his wife Doctor Heo, the two are the leading scientists in Korea.
They are praised for their hard work and such success, but what will happen to the university's success when things go terribly wrong?

The world is in a state of world peace but also mass chaos, the only things that matter in this future world are sex and money. Their us an elite force formally known as the FBI now known as UFD. The higher levels of the cities are for the wealthy the lower levels are for the poor. Mass chaos and violence run rampant in the lower levels the UFD try to maintain the peace but with so much going things tend to slip through. The Cyber Sword has access to many technologies but their man power is low, they have droids for low level missions but special detectives know as Cyber swords. Most security is privatized.
