It's the year 2980 where robots and cyborgs make up 79% of the world population. Most of them are created by leading countries like the U.S., but a new country has joined the game.
Korea's NKCU (National Korean Cyborg University) has began a plan of turning humans into cyborgs and creating robots in order to do whatever they want. Created by Doctor Jung and his wife Doctor Heo, the two are the leading scientists in Korea.
They are praised for their hard work and such success, but what will happen to the university's success when things go terribly wrong?

The scientists of that era are given the task to create hybrid species with genes of an animal, who are capable of producing offspring with humans. The feature which makes a human distinguished from other species is emotions. Lee Hana, a scientist of that age, produces a highly intelligent hybrid. But according to the test results, it lacks EQ. The Cyber Sword has access to many technologies but their man power is low, they have droids for low level missions but special detectives know as Cyber swords. Most security is privatized.
