This short story is based on the book The Once and Future King by T.H. White. This was an assignment from class and I decided to post it here.
The Wart aka soon to be King Arthur has to learn a lesson from his tutor Merlyn. The Wart is upset that he has to become a squire when his older foster brother, Kay, gets to become a knight. He wishes that he were the son of Sir Ector and not his foster son. Merlyn turns him into a hedgehog to show him that he does not need a parental unit or guardian to handhold him through every step of his life.
