Lia loved her best friend. They were practically inseparable. They went to the same school, lived in the same area, and sometimes even coincidentally went to the same places. Lia had always wanted for them to be more than friends, but she was glad she never asked.

The summer before high school started, Hyunjin and his friends matured and all the girls in school found them attractive. They fought for the boys attention but Hyunjin only thought of Y/n regardless of all the pining girls. He hated that she constantly ran through his mind, wishing he could just forget about her.
