Sierra is well known as the happy teenage girl at school. But at home she's a completely different person.
She suffers from depression and has more or less of a drinking and smoking problem. She smokes and drinks to take away the pain, because in those few minutes in which she does this she feels free and feels numb. This is why she says she smokes for pain. She doesnt cut like most teens, she drinks her sorrows away.
