Cassy and Eric had known each other since pre school, but just because the had know each other, didn't mean they liked each other.
Cassy doesn't want to remember why she hates Eric. On her 15th birthday, like everyone else at 15, Cassy got her soul mate tattoo. The moment she gets it, she knew exactly who it was.
Eric's mom hate that he and Cassy don't get along. So, this summer, they made sure that the 2 of them spend as much time together as possible by enlisting him in the same sleep away camp that she's going to. Except Cassy's acting weirder than usual around Eric and Eric wants to know why.

Some could be a star, a flower, a yinyang, a fish, or even waves. There are so many people that the symbols are almost limitless. The tattoos don't care about gender or number. There could be gay matches, and there could even be polyamorous matches. The tattoos will tingle when you are near to your sm. And they will glow if you have found only one of your sm's if your match was poly. The trick is, you don't get the tattoo until you are 16. They live in the same state but for 4 years Harper paniced because she couldn't find her match. She wasn't sure if it was because her sm wasn't of age yet or if her sm lived far away. For 2 years Violet also paniced but she knew that some people don't find their sm for 5-10 years after they come of age, so she wasn't as scared as Harper.
