Many of Cinos' friends have gave him a surprise birthday party until one of Sonic's enemy arrive and sent them into different time zone where he have to save them, he fight old enemies and get help from his friends from the Sonic Universe.

Cinos have to do everything to get everyone and save time before there won't be any time left in the world.
