She was an innocent flower who waited to see the world. She lived alone in a cabin in the middle of nowhere. She knew nothing about the dark side of the world she only read about in books. She hoped for her prince charming to sweep her off her feet.

He was a broken man who showed no emotion but anger and control. He knew everything about the dark side of the world, he indeed after all, was in the center of it. He saw the cruel side of the world, yet he never saw an angel like Her, an innocent flower who never got the chance to see the real world.
So He took Her.
He never met a true, delicate girl like her. Never in his whole life have he seen such a pure-hearted beauty like her. She knew nothing about the dark side of the world, and He intended to keep it that way.

But to her bewilderment, she is taken to Alex. A dangerous and high ranking vampire that enjoys toying with his victims. Knowing how precarious this vampire is, Evie still can't shake the feeling that his striking blue eyes are reminiscent of something but what.
