We all succeed and we all prosper somehow, but it's the times we never gave up, the times we told ourselves that our burdens would pass, it's times when we refuse to let go of our dreams and in the end applaud ourselves at victory's door.

Thami is a 19 year old girl who throughout her entire life has endured nothing but pain. Despite having survived rape and severe depression, she knew that God was watching down on her from heaven and through this she had the courage to refuse to let her past determine who she would be. Thami, at 19 years is now a girl who is very considerate and goes out of her way to put other people's happiness first. When she moves to Johannesburg, she finds her first love and struggles now to let another human being into her dark and depressing past.
