After vanishing during a hiking trip, a college student discovers a newfound psychic power that allows him to alter how people see him. With enough concentration, he can take on the appearance of anyone he chooses. With no idea of how the power came about, he sets out to test his capabilities and protect his community. His campus borders a city which seems as good a training ground as any. However, he doubts that his condition is a freak accident and hopes to discover an answer.
