Clara. Your average 12 year old, living under the custody of her cousin Grant, who works as a marine biologist.
She had no idea that her parents are part of the Neptune project.
She sets off on her journey to Safety Harbor, where all the other Neptune Kids reside.
But little does Clara know what could be haunting her in the deep, dark oceans.
