Once they get used to the planet, the crew brainstorms a way to get out while Y/N explores the outdoors. She meets a fellow crew mate, Will Robinson, and embarks in a journey with his family and an alien robot to get back to the mothership. This mysterious alien robot was quite the shocker, and to make it worse, nobody else trusts the robot enough to let it partake in helping to save them all.
