Smile At My Scars is a book with a collection of fictional stories about girls and guys that self-harm. This book is to help people understand what we go through, and to show that if you need support, I'm here. This book is to help teenagers find support and help, and to get them through difficult times. These stories, names and events are made up, but some are loosley based off me. Please do not read this if you feel it will make you relapse. You are all beautiful. It's time you realise that. And it's time people are educated about what we go through!
